Does anybody know of a functional Ram Air / Cowl induction hood for my 03 6.0psd? I am not too impressed with the functional heat extractor hood so I am looking for something better.
I just bought a new twin ram air with the functional ram air and airaid induction kit. Mine is made by suncoast. Here is the website I hope this helps www.suncoastcreations.com

I too am looking for a functional ram-air hood for my 2000 Superduty...I like this one from the link you posted...kinda has a '68 GT-350/GT-500 look to it...I didn;t see a price for it anywhere in the site though....does the ram-air kit come with the hood or does it function with an existing cold-air induction kit?
I saw a hood on a new F-150 that had the same style hood scoops as the '70-'72 Olds 4-4-2 and it looked AWESOME! I can;t seem to find one for the Supeduty though...
The air kit comes separatley but I would call them before ordreing I went by the parts number and it turned out to be for a 7.3 diesel only. So I had to call and get the new parts number for my 6.o liter diesel. I could be wrong but I would think you could use any ram air kit with this one since you have to order it separatley anyway. I have a pic of my truck with it on if you like to see it just send me your email addy and Id be happy to send it to you.
The Suncoast creations piece is nice. I bought a ram air hood for my Trans Am from them a few years back. IMO next to Cervinis, Suncoast is the way to go as far as craftsmanship.
I tried to e-mail them a month ago and they told me they didn't have a kit for the 7.3 yet? What is up with that. I guess they didn't want to sell me one very bad.
