Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Seems like the 4.4 section was created after Ford announced the 4.4 going into a F150.
Things changed and that never happened. Now with Dodge and Nissan kicking rear end with MPG's in the half ton market with their diesel engine, it looks like Ford is ready to jump in to keep from losing any more market share.
But it still just looks that way. Wait till they hit the ground before we start talking about the 4.4 threads going away.
