A minor Problem

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Last Fri after my 02 250, PSD , had been in the parking lot for 8 hours she started up fine. I started to drive her and about 1/2 mile down the road the engine started sputering and dyed. She started up 5 min after and ran fine. But she continues to do the same thing for the past week. After she sits for a while she startes to run rough. Like a gas engine does with water in the fuel. I put the obd 2 to her and get nothing. I put good gas in her with the diesel treatment and still like clock work every day at the same time she runs rough, and then she runs fine for the rest of the day. Any advise befor i take her to the dealer?

I'm assuming you're under warranty, so take it to the dealer. Sounds like it could be a bad CMP sensor.

I had a 2000 PSD that after I used the cruise control. I thought is was the fuel also. It turned out to be a sensor, I cannot remember the code, but it cost about $117 at the dealer, installed.
