Have to have sync connect for it to work, our trucks dont have that, unless you install it aftermarket.

I have 4 Echo Dot 2 - Alexa's in my house and find them great. Siri voice recognition is garbage in comparison. I use it to control the lights, and hopefully the garage door if Chamberlain gets their act together.
