Hi All,

I have a 1999(03/98 Production Date) F350 DRW Dump 5.4L Reg Cab. I just replaced the ECM (Drivers side Kick plate) with a used ECM (ECM#'s compatible with old.

1. Truck now starts and runs but will not shut off at the key.

2. None of the Instarament gauges work. No gas guage, no speedo, no tach, no bat no odometer or trip odometer. Not one single gauge works.

Any help would be forever appreciated.
