a helpful hint to save you time instead of awaiting replies: this forum has been around for many many years so the first assumption should be that most questions have already been asked one time or another. In the case of warranty plate info specifically, that happens several times a week, so if, for instance, you just type "1966 f100 e81" into the forum search function you instantly get a bunch of hits on threads that have the info you're looking for.

Nope. Did ND or anyone decode that for you yet? You have all the known colors between the JM and the E81.
If padded dash then the padded portion was always black and there is a part number for that. Paint on the dash was typically tu-tone on a tu-tone truck, so should have been red and white on your truck.
Door trim panels were always color matched to the rest of the interior, but from a limited scheme of available colors. The MPC can help with what was available. Yours would have likely been white (probably) or red (maybe).

All of the trim is not reproduced for those two areas, so used is the only choice I know of. I believe the door trim metal is anodized aluminum. The dash pieces are the same anodized aluminum, I believe. Looks great - almost like chrome - until the anodizing wears off and the aluminum tarnishes.
If you buy the door trim surrounds make sure you get the complete set of 6 pieces and as many clips as possible (26 total were used). They reproduce those clips for $1.60 a piece at Carolina Classics.
The dash trim - there are 3 pieces. One long one that runs along the entire base of the windshield, one somewhat shorter one to the right of the dash opening that runs above the radio, ashtray and glove box area and a third piece to the left of the dash opening that is very short, just above the ignition switch area. Make sure you get all the clips that you can again. There are two sizes of clips, one for the dash face pieces and another for the one under the windshield and these are not reproduced.
Yes, also anodized aluminum - not chrome - and held on with screws. Not reproduced. Used is only source I know of again. I've picked up spares of all of this stuff over the years since they may not reproduce some of this stuff ever.
I have 2 trucks that are both 1966 E81 Custom Cabs but they did not come with the door trim panels or the trim over the door. Same seat as in your photo. But they are F250 4x4 so a bit more spartan even though Custom Cab.
