Recalibrating 350 TPMS
Really considering getting a 350 vs the 250 I was initially considering. The 350 rides just a little rougher, but I think the mileage will be very comparable. Stock the 350 specs out the TPMS at 80 PSI rear... I'm sure this has a bit to do with it riding rougher in the rear vs the 65 PSI spec on the 250.
Am I correct in assuming that I can adjust the set point value on the 350 with the Forscan software? Looks like it's listed in the spreadsheet, but I didn't see anyone confirming it can be done.
Dropping the rear tire pressure when unloaded would be great for the times the higher payload isn't needed!

I have been experimenting with pressures on the rear. I am down to 68 cold, with no alarms.
I have heard 65 brings alarms, but posted above says down to 60.
I would be happy with 60, until I buy a new computer to run FORscan and change it.
If the value is changed with FORscan, what range would keep from triggering the alarm?
+/- 10?

I believe the 250 set points are determined by the payload package. Yours may have the heavy duty payload option?

Can you provide instructions on how to reset the TPMS thresholds in the dash? It's not possible on any truck I've seen. You have to use FORScan or a similar tool to change the module ID values.

I changed mine to 50 psi rear, i run 65 front 50 rear empty and light towing/hauling have had great luck thus far
