We have a very light rain falling here now, not sure how long you'd have to stand in it to get wet though. Dryden's car show is on Sunday Morris, will be going to it..

We may have a few showers tomorrow John. I`m taking my stock 53 to a get together at the local A&W tomorrow evening. I got my ''recycled exhaust'' with a couple of cherry bombs on my 53 resto rod, the 302 sounds pretty sweet.
It`s nice that you have time off this weekend Steve, any plans for it?

Well that rain didn't last for long, it cleared off. Other nearby areas have a thunder storm warnings though

nothing here till maybe tomorrow John. I`m finally going to cut my grass tomorrow since it`s recovered from awful dry and hot weather we had.

Its been awhile since my grass has needed a cutting except for the new grass.
Was trenching in a border beam between my gate posts and found a mystery pipe so I exposed it until I found the end and cut it out, it was to big and shallow to be something dangerous. Did lots of work but it looks like nothing got done, maybe tomorrow will show some changes. Come Monday night things should look better in this yard

It`s been about 8 weeks since I cut my grass, the only thing growing were weeds.
I don`t like finding mystery pipes with my Bobcat in the ground, by the time I see it it`s usually too late.

I was pretty sure it was a safe pipe but figured it would be best to track it out to find the end of it before I took the sawzall to it.
This is what I wound up with.

Looks like just an old abandoned pipe, I wouldn`t worry about it.

I think it's a drainage pipe from the eavestrouph, I've installed a few but usually use unperforated weeping tile.
