Boring night at the auction, only got a few of the things that I came for but maybe next week will be better.

Maybe someone will take a Tiger torch to the leaves around here after I move, sure would clean out the neighborhood. lol

Don`t take a Tiger torch to the leaves when it`s as windy as it was, you may get rid of more than just the leaves.

Happy thirsty Thursday back at you Grant.
There`s lots of tree branches laying in my yard and big piles of leaves the leaf blower couldn`t touch.

Its going to range from 9 to 15 for the next week or so up here so thats fine by me.

Scored pretty good at the auction last night and it looks like I'm going to turn the basement suite in the new house into a store. Time to load up on bric a brac, gift ware, furniture and what ever else that I can get for first bid. Maybe I'll get my own bid card, that way I'll only have to nod my head to bid.

Speaking of bargains we went to the Sears closing out sale this evening, I wasn`t impressed.

I don't think anyone is impressed with Sears right now, the aholes are actually ignorant enough to have put their clothing racks on a closed bid. Eatons moved their clothing racks to the loading docks and let everyone help themselves. Stitches is running a clearance center in the ex Target - Zellers - Kmart building down the street, every thing is at $10 a shot.

I was sort of interested in men`s shoes but the counter was empty with the shoes stacked underneath and I wasn`t about to dig through all those boxes. I did find a pair that seemed ok but with only 20% off the $139 regular price it didn`t seem like any great bargain to me.
