JOB 2?
Hi All. Placed order on 12/16. Order sheet says JOB 1. No vehicle info yet on COTUS. Have seen some comments on forum of a JOB 2 date of 1/9/17. However, no clear info on if this is confirmed. Or if 1/9 is order or build date. If JOB 2 is only a couple weeks off, would ask dealer to make sure my order is a JOB 2 build.

I'd be very surprised if Job 2 came this soon. If Job 2 provided any significant changes to feature content or engine output, there would be a lot of unhappy customers who took the leap of faith and ordered one of these things sight unseen. Ford knows this and will work a careful balance of not alienating loyal customers but making improvements and remaining class leading.

20FEB17 is when Job 2 begins. As stated, it's not when you order it, it's when Ford builds it that is the determining factor. When you place an order, you can future schedule it. At this point, you're 13 days away.

Current order guide (Page 2) clearly states: "JOB 2 ORDER GUIDE UPDATES – Effective on all vehicles built on or after Job #2 (02/20/17 – Subject to change)"
To my knowledge, I've heard nothing of any changes to this date.

We currently have some trucks in the order bank with scheduled dates beyond 20FEB so we are taking that to mean any unscheduled trucks will be past the Job 2 date. Again, nothing is set in stone.

Cool, i hope thats true. The wife was complaining that the price shouldn't change from date of order but i wasn't sure. At this point i dont care, just want my truck.
