Adding to the truck line of F250, Lightning and Panther/CV swaps...TCE is wrapping up two new kits for the Ford Ranger 2WD.

With a customer request for a 14" kit it was obvious that we should look at the market for both these and a smaller 13" kit for the 17" wheel market.

This created the new 13" DP6 front and 14" FNSL6 Kits listed on our web page.

While the 13" DP6 kit remains a couple weeks out yet, the 14" FNSL6 kit shipped to a customer last week. We hope to have some 'on truck' images soon. For now however we have the mock up pics from the shop build.

These new kits are based on the 1997-99 front knuckles (spindles) which have the conventional bolt-on caliper mounts. It's our understanding that these can be back dated onto the older trucks..but we make no claim to that outright.

These kits will be available in both complete and partial form. Complete will include new hubs and bearings with longer studs installed. Partial will require the buyer modify his own front rotor for hub use and install longer studs. Current wheel bearings can be retained. *This option will save the buyer $369 on both kits.

Like all TCE listings these kits will include everything you need but brake fluid and labor: 2pc hats/rotors, Six Pot Calipers, Street Pads, Brackets, Hardware and SS flex lines. Anyone who can do a stock brake job should be able to install these kits in a few hours. Options will include: Drilled and slotted rotors, Nickel plated calipers and alternate compound brake pads.








Both kits should be available for purchase shortly after the New Year. Kits will be somewhat built to order with a limited number of items in stock for assembly at any time. Please expect a 7-10 day lead time depending upon options.

 

Ranger options are still available! We have one set of hubs on the shelf at this time.
