Brake pedal sensor
Brake pedal drops a small amount when started and the brakes will stay on unless I use my foot to pull it up or if I am pressing the gas when accelerating it pushes it up. I've turned the screw out more and more but it's never enough

Ck vacuum at the power brake booster. Take the hose off at the plastic 90 fitting, it can break if you try to remove it from the booster body.
Sounds like time for a new power brake booster. What screw are you adjusting?

Like 77&79 said but also ensure the plastic fitting, which also serves as a check valve, is operating. This sounds wrong but, suck on the portion that goes into the brake booster, it should not flow, now blow, there should be free flow. Also check for any vacuum leaks.
