Exclamation electrical nightmare

I was wondering if anyone had any Ideas on a 89 f250 with a 351, I was driving a while ago and it cut out. upon investigating I found that it wasn't getting spark.
Through process of elimination I replaced every electrical part anyone I knew could think of. I don't want to take it to a shop because it will take more to fix it than I paid .. I don't want to scrap it because it is a great farm truck. Please help!!!!!!!!

Try unplugging the SPOUT connector and see what happens.

Do you have 12 volts on the coil positive?

The SPOUT is a small squarish connector plug in the wiring harness near the distributor. It is what you remove when you check the timing. If it has spark with the SPOUT unplugged the PCM is dead.
Like Dave F said though do you have power at the coil?

If it is not getting a spark, start at the wiring for the coil. Splice in new female 1/4" nylon connectors ($.50) and by-pass the factory connector since they rust away on the inside. If it now works new connectors are available for $12-$18 at Autozone and NAPA.
