Question Fuel Gauge Selector Switch

My 79 150 has 3 fuel tanks, main and 2 saddles. There is a tank selector swirch on the floor. There is also a gauge selector switch.

Problem is the fuel gauge does not read at all. I'm hoping that this switch is fried. I want to replece the toggle switch, but am having trouble locating the correct one.

Should this configuration be On-On-On? What type of switch do I need? Getting tired of running out, then switching tanks.

Thanks

Fuel Gauge Selector Switch

79 ?

Do you have an behind the seat tank ?

Otherwise ,there should only be the dash switch, for the 2 tanks it would normally have.

Usually it's the sending unit or tank regulator that goes bad or loses ground causing the gauge not to read properly.

Fuel Gauge Selector Switch

Actually, there's the main, and then saddle on either side with fuel neck under rear wheel wells.

I'm assuming either the switch is bad, or the gauge, seeing as I couldn't imagine all three sending units going bad.

Again there is a tank selector switch on the floor next to the seat, and then a three way toggle switch on the dash to switch the gauge between the tanks. I assume it's after market.
