Canadian color code

Hi, i'm new at FTE. I bought a 1948 F47 truck (canadian). On my ID plate, the color is M-1800-B. The M1800 color seems to be ´´yosemite green'´. But when I do some research, I found this color on 1940 truck only.
Does someone can help me on this subject?

My Canadian 1948 Chassis Catalogue lists this code as Yosmite Green.
