Hello all, long time Ford owner but new poster. My first truck in highschool was a '64 F-350, then I had a '78 F-100 and a '94 F-250 with the PSD in it. Replaced it with an '02 350 with the PSD, then replaced it with an '01 350 with the PSD. Picked up a '56 F-350, had it for a few years and sold it. Still have the '01, and just picked up a '97 F-250 HD with the 5.8. Bought the 250 as a non running plow truck, I've been tinkering with it since late July to get it all sorted out. A landscaping company plowed with it since it was new, so it's a little rough cosmetically but I got it going with minimal work. New starter was all it needed to run, but I had to replace the transfer case linkage and do some other maintenance work. Brakes, wheel bearings, etc...nothing crazy. Come spring I want to pull the engine to fix a leaking rear main and oil pan gasket, then throw a flatbed on it. If it can handle our trailers I think I may sell the '01 model.
