New Member.
Hey guys. New guy here. I've had an 05 Sport Trac XLT with the 4.0 in it for a couple of years now. I also have a Twin Turbo 2014 Mustang thats my main project. Over the winter I planned on doing some work on my ST. Cai, headers, dual exhaust, maybe a small lift kit. My questions are what would you guys recommend? I've been looking around and parts seem to be scarce. Does anyone even make a long tube header for this truck? Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Mostly looking for a little torque and hp increase. Let the motor breathe a little bit more. From factory these motors were restricted pretty hard.
