Just finished swapping out my thermostat with a 192, its about 14 degrees out and now after 10 min of idling my temp gauge is right in the middle and the truck throwing really good heat out the vents

Glad to hear it worked for you. I'm doing a thermostat swap tomorrow. It has been very cold here in SD lately (below 10 most days this week) and I've noticed my truck hasn't been getting as hot as it used to. I don't have any gauges other than the dash cluster, but my temp is just above cold and we'll below the normal level. I'm thinking the truck either has a 180 degree stat in it or the stat has gone bad. I bought a Stant 195 degree stat and Felpro o-ring so I'm hoping it will fix my issues when I replace them tomorrow.

The 6.0 has the best heat of any diesel I have ever driven.
yesterday at -31F here in canada had to turn the heat down a bit cause we were getting too hot in the cab! For all their bad points, powerstroke diesels really do make heat in the winter. I dont have a winter front either.
