Won't start

I'm ready to sell this truck and, right on cue, it won't start. 1993, F150, 5.8, Dual fuel. The truck was idling and died, no cough no sputter. Cranks but doesn't start. Low juice in the coil wire. Tried coil and module, no change. When key is turned to the on position, fuel pumps come on to prime the rail then shut down. They don't come on again when the engine cranks. Going straight to crank from off, fuel pums come on long enough to prime the rail and shut down while the starter churns. Any ideas?

Check for fire at the plugs.
The fuel pumps sound like their working fine. Make sure the MAP sensor vacuum line is plugged in as well as the electrical connector.

Pull the codes.
