Max is our newest member to the Illinois Chapter. He is from Ottawa which is about 75 miles to my North.

That confusion happens frequently, especially with deliveries.

The problem has been when ordering in a chain store. An example, a birthday cake order at Walmart here in town wound up 840 miles away
