2016 f150 map light removal

Does anyone know how I can change the map lights on my 2016 f150. Looking to put in new LEDs but don't wanna break anything. There not the old style push button so I'm having trouble figuring it out.

Map lights.. mine's LED, I thought that was standard.

Yea they are but I'm looking to change the color of them.
