On my previous truck (Yukon XL Denali), the outside mirrors would automatically tilt downward when putting it in Reverse. Is there a way to enable this on the my '16 Expedition? It is so useful when parallel parking, etc.
I have looked in the options through the dash and cannot find anything, but wasn't sure if this could be accomplished with some other device that interfaces with the truck.
It isn't there to enable. Ford had this feature on Expeditions for only a short time. Wasn't there in 99, my 03 did have it and by 04 it was gone. It was problematic for Ford for some reason, and it wasn't very reliable.

My buddy's 03 Eddie Bauer had them and he had to replace them both at around 100K miles.
Thanks guys....was hoping it still might be possible with some kind of electronic controller hooked up or something since I don't see it in the regular dash interface. It was so handy in my Denali, I could park it on a dime. Oh well.
Yeah, my '03 EB had them and I disabled them in the setup on the dash. They would function alright and they would roll down but then wouldn't come back up when I put the truck into Drive.
That '03 EB has a ton of bells and whistles but wasn't half the truck my '99 expy was. Water leaks filling the rocker panels probably causing shorts and other wonderful electrical surprises<LOL>. I still have it but the tranny slips so bad it barely moves so I'll probably end up junking it. Shame because the interior including the seats are really nice with zero tears.
