Engine stalls after engine is warmed up

I have 2005 Ford 6.0 turbo diesel. I replaced high pressure oil pump because it would die once it warmed up. Also replaced high pressure fuel rails and icp solenoid. Engine still dies when ect reaches 204° and eot reaches 235°. Any ideas why it still dies

For starters, you have a serious problem with a 30+* temp spread between the ECT and EOT.
You replaced the entire rail? Both sides?
Did you replace the STC fitting whilst you had the HPOP out? Also curious what method you used to rule the HPOP as the culprit. It's an 05, late builds rarely have the HPOP go bad, with that said your screen says it's an 04.

We need some history on the truck.

I'm with Mike...
What's your IPR when this happens?
Temps to hot... needs an oil cooler ASAP!
How's the fan?

At 235° oil temps, your trucks doing everything it can to save itself from reaching 253°, the fan should be roaring at this point and sound like a jet. What's your main voltage doing? You could watch the fan rpm and see what happens when she kicks in.

Don,

I recently had the same problem. Truck would run perfectly normal up to about 190* and then stall. I initially pulled the HPO rails before leak testing the HPO system. During the reinstall I over torqued the HPO rails and didnt realize it. Loosened, lifted and re-torqued the rails and put everything back together thinking I'm done. AND....stall at 190* +/-. Throughout this whole process I was using the FORScan software to command the IPR closed. After everything was re-installed the second time I could not get the IPR to "pop" closed with the FORScan. I replaced IPR and the truck has ran fine now for 6 months. Not sure if this will help.

Luke
