D6TZ-1004114-A(replaced D0DZ-6204114-B) .. Visor Anchor Pin-Bright Finish (D0DZ-6204114-B is as pictured in post #1 & came with the rubber tip) / Reproduced
1970 F100/750 & Passenger Cars / 1970/74 Econoline / 1971 Passenger Cars before production date 5/3/1971 / 1971/79 F100/350 / 1978/79 Bronco.
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has the Passenger Car, 1970/75 F100/350 and 1976 F100/350 before serial number A50,001 originalD0DZ-6204114-B anchor pins.
Very common reproduced part, by most reproduction companies. Pretty sure that the older ones (73-76?) are metal, where as the newer (77-79) are plastic.

D0DZ-6204114-B original part number shown in post #1, it's plastic.
No kidding...I know its plastic. Back at ya. So what year/years were they made of metal? I know some year or application they were made of metal and chrome plated and will work as a replacement to the plastic ones.
Now that I think about it some more, I think the metal ones were for the bumpside years? Survey says?

I am 75% sure my 73 has metal studs, because I remember seeing rust on them. I can say for sure in the morning

The rubber tips on the visors hold them snugly. No need to rotate the clip
