Starting problem
I have a 92 f350 with the 7.3 idi that will not start. Need to now what the light on dash mean. If the one on the bottom right mean fuel restrictions or time to change fuel filter?If so how often do I need to change fuel filter? And would this be the only reason for it not starting? Is there any electronic issues I may have if certain lights don't light up?
