Nube questions...
Hi everyone, I'm a new member here and I need some info about a 1962 f100
that I'm thinking about buying. I'm not really familiar with "old" ford trucks and I've never restored an old car but I'm finally at a point in my life that I'm ready to have a go at it. A guy that my wife works with has the 1962 f100 that I'm thinking about buying, he inherited it from his uncle who bought it new. He doesn't know anything about it other than it's a 1962 ford so he's no help with any questions I have...My questions are #1. Is this truck considered a unibody or a regular truck, #2. Why do the tail lights/rear end look different than any picture of a 62 f100 that I can find on the internet #3. What's the availability of parts for trucks of this era. Sorry if I sound like a complete idiot, I have a lot to learn (obviously) thank you very much for any info that you can give me.
