Clock quit working?

Clock quit working?
I unhooked the battery today to changed the valve cover gaskets and do a tuneup. Got it all back together and now the clock doesn't work. I looked at the fuse block and am not sure what it is with, maybe I just missed it. But what would make it quit?
Any ideas

Bringing this one back to life guys.....its the ONLY thread that was close to what I wanted that the search function came up with (the search function sucks by the way), except I didnt do a "tune up"....more like it just up and quit. I have power going to the clock, but no-go, and where the main power goes into the circuit board, it goes into a little black cylinder (sorry, dont know electrical lingo). There is juice going into the "cylinder", but nothing coming out.
Is it toast, or what?

There are two main power wires. One for memory, and one for clock display power. Both have to have power for the clock to work.
The Following is for both the 1983-1986 Clock and 1980-1982 clock. The wiring for the 1980-1982 clock and 1983-1986 clock is simular, except where noted below...
Light Green/Yellow stripe wire. Clock Memory. Hooked into the courtesy lamp circut. Fuse Panel F-7. If this fuse is blown it would also affect the dome/map lamps, underdash lamps, glove box lamp, etc...
White/Purple stripe wire. Clock display. Hooked into the Accessory circut. Fuse Panel F-11.
(1983-1986 only) Brown Wire. Clock display Dimmer. Hooked into parking lamp/taillamp circut.
(1980-1982 only) Light Blue/Red stripe wire Clock display Dimmer. Hooked into instrument cluster illumination lamp circut.
Black wire - Clock Ground.
Check the fuses... etc...
What's the marking on the little black cylinder? It sounds like a capacitor.

Ground is black on both sides of the wire connector.
Hot always 12v on Clock side of the connector is a RED wire; on truck side it is green with a yellow stripe.
12v key on power is Green on the clock side and white with purple stripe on the truck side (or yellow/black).
12v dimming wire is White on the clock side and Brown on the truck side (or blue/red)

Both 12 volt power inputs will need to be hot at the same time for it to work. Also it needs a ground at the same time. So ALL 3 wires need to be hooked up at the same time to see the display.

The black "capacitor" is the thing in the first pic Jim put up that looks like it has "DALE" on it.

Well, the purple/white wire wasn't gettin any juice w/ key "ON", so I found another wire that did.....but alas, no worky. All the wires on the truck end that should be getting juice do, and I have a good ground. So am I gonna need another one?
