I am replacing the dash in my daughters 1997 4x4 f250 light duty. It looks like a f150, but is classified as f250 because of running gear. It looks like the f150 dash is a match, but would like to make sure before I buy one. Hoping someone here will be able to help me with this question.

If it has 7 lug wheels then the cab and everything in it is the same as an F150 of the same year.

 

Yup, it is an F150 with a better transmission, suspension and 7 lug rims. The body, interior, and bed are identical between F150 and F250 LD.

 

I thought they were the same. I looked identical to my 2001.
