I have a current draw with everything at off. I tried to pull all the fuses but still have a current draw. My batteries are going dead after a few days, pretty bad with a Diesel.

I second that. Had a 01 E450 psd with the same problem. The alternator wasn't able to keep up with the charging with all the a/c fans* running. I'd check the output with a meter it should be around 13.8v running at idle, with no load. If its closer to 12v at idle, with no load. It might be time to replace/rebuild. We had it redone and now it works great. We know a guy by us that gives us a very good price for everything he does to them
* our a/c being on a bus has a total of 4 fans running at once. Plus a defrost fan by the windshield that is also ran at the same time.
Thanks you all, i will try this, especially the altenator, I never though of that. I'll be back to give the result next week, i am going tomorow for a nice week up to the cottage, fishing and blueberry picking,
