So. My husband and I just purchased a 2005 excursion. I understand that we do not need emissions testing for tags? If this is the case...do we need some kind of exemption paperwork for the dmv?? Is there any other exemptions that I'm not aware of?

Welcome to FTE...and...congrats on owning an EX!!! Probably best to contact your state DMV to ask your questions...or...post up in the MO Chapter. I'm sure someone will be able to help you.
