Welcome to FTE!!!!!
I think your problem is with your IAC, which is supposed to control
your idle speed. You can try cleaning it first to see if this helps,
but you might have to replace it

You seem to be having the same problem that I just fixed on my 96 Ranger XLT. My stalling problem started out as minor and gradually got worse.
