Yes, the late model rear bumper will fit an EX. 
You may need to reuse your current brackets or modify the new ones with some adjustments to the bolt holes. Does your EX have the back up sensors in the bumper, that replacement does not. Check out the Tech Folder and/or do a little searching to see some of the EXs here with this mod already completed. (You do read this forum, don't you, not just drop in and ask questions correct? 
)
