Did anyone ever see completed pics of Lexcoe's build using V8 Lexus front clip? Judging from the pics, the guy was one of the MOST skilled builders I have seen on FTE. I think He was in S. Africa. Maybe Aussie.

I have not seen that of which you write. I have wondered if anyone has chosen to use a front transaxle to power one of these old Fords.

I tried to contract him because I am using the same clip on mine but not heard anything back. Would love to have seen how it turned out.

Car was badged as a Toyota Soarer outside of US and Canada. The LS300 had the same suspension but no V8.

Yes he is in Australia. The last time I spoke to him, when I was trying to get my money or parts back off him, he had not finished the panel van by a long shot. He may well be able to do good work eventually. I saw several jobs he did while supposed to be working on my stuff. I gather he sold the project later as I saw it advertised with parts. That was when I tried to get some parts off him, I had given up on the money after a number of promises. My stupid fault, i trusted him, gave him the money up front as he said he was doing it tough (yes very stupid of me I know)

I had parts all parceled up for him and when I said I wanted the postage paid up front I never heard from him after that so shipped them to another member who needed them..
