where you guys getting the pully that replaces the air pump? i got a f350 with no ac and ive removed all that smog pipe stuff from the engine, the only thing left is that pummp itself
You could gut the smog pump and reinstall it so it acts as it's own idler. Another option is to purchase this: https://lmr.com/item/M8604A50/79-93-...ump-Eliminator but you'll have to take the pulley off of it and install an A/C pulley in its place. That's what I did with mine, works great.

is the pully that comes on that kit to small or something?
If you convert to a Saginaw power steering pump the difference in diameter with the smog pump delete bracket pulley is approx. 1 for 1 so you retain the same belt diameter. I confirmed this on my own truck.
That's pretty cool. Prior to removing the smog pump on my rig I converted to the Saginaw pump but reused the pulley that comes off the stock pump. It wasn't until months later I removed the smog pump. To the OP, I highly recommend the Saginaw conversion and then you can do as Camo stated above.
HA! well i got a sag pump off my old e350 with a 460. i imagine that bracket is different, anyhow i got one pump problem fixed today, swapped out the windshield washer pump now i got squirters again! woo hoo
