Can anyone tell me if there is a module for dimmer switch by any chance? My dimmer is only locked when auto goes to night

All the currently known modules are listed on the second tab on the spreadsheet. There is no dimmer module but the dimmer logic may be contained in another one. We just don't know yet.

My frickin dimmer is locked only when it's dark but during the day it'll dim, weird

Do you have any window tint on the front window? Or anything covering up the light detector area?

When u hit dim it only comes up on dash but can't change value but during day to dim gauges I can. I just can't dim gauges at night

Ahh, I understand now. That sounds like a glitch in your system. I would take it to Ford and let them figure it out.

Unless your truck is fancier than mine and has an auto dim feature and light sensor kind of like a phone....I know there are settings to have the screen change from light to dark colors and maybe there is another setting to have that auto dimming lights

I would like to be able to raise the speed at which the spot lights on the mirrors turn off. 20-25 mph would be nice (or not at all even better). The same thing would be nice for the cargo and puddle lights as well.

Also raising the speed that the camera system kicks out at would be great as well 10-15 mph instead of 6 can be useful. That way it can be turned on while driving down the isle and be there right when u need it.

I have an IDS. I went through the menus and didn't see anything but I wasn't looking for that either. I'll take another look as soon as I get a chance.

ZooDad (Keith) and I have an "ipc.abt" file from FORScan that was taken from a 2017 after a Dealer change to add the DPF% gauge with IDS. We have the original AsBuilt File for comparison. We are currently building a "2017 DPF Research" spreadsheet for comparison with other trim levels.
