Thanks for the diagrams of the front suspension. I found one place that said they could do it. They are a body shop/collision repair place. They did say that it would be a 1 off type of job, so I would pay for the labor by the hour. Planning on replacing all the bushings before that to see what affect it has. May do the steering stabilizer too, since the "1 off" comments makes me think I would be in to it for a lot of money.
I wasn't able to find any off set bushings and the F-series and E-series look pretty different. I am not getting any weird tire wear, so I'm not up agianst a clock or anything. Might not get the bushings and everything done until spring.
If your rear springs are worn or anything has been done to raise or lower the rear of the van, that can also effect your caster. I learned that when I was much younger. I raised the rear of a 65 Mustang Coupe I had with some air shocks and extended shackles.

Keep looking
they should be able to tell you how long it takes for an alignment and bending the beams. I'm guessing under 2 hours + the alignment

I am thinking the same thing. The vans not dangerous at highway speeds, it just wanders a little more than I would like.

Haven't changed anything, but I am sure the suspension could do with a refresh.
