check engine light 89 460 code 35
89 f250 460 check engine light
on intermittantly under acceleration light and heavy. code 35 set , evp sensor voltage too high ?? , replaced sensor , still have code 35. also have hard startng after truck is warm and has sat for only a couple of minutes. long cranking if key is released then turned to start again engine will start normally is it possible these 2 problems are related ? thanks for any advice

check engine light 89 460 code 35
First check to make sure the egr valve is closing fully , It may be carboned up to the point where its staying open , this would account for Code 35 & the hard starting problems . Also check the electrical connector to the Evp to make sure its making good contact with the Evp sensor . Are any other codes present ?
