Not exactly. The front pads may work, but why would he want used brake pads? The calipers are different and definitely won't work. The rear shoes are similar and will fit, but they don't work as well as the correct ones. The rear axle won't work on his even though it'll bolt up.
There's almost nothing on an '82 that he'd want to put onto a '92.
