Just picked up a '74 F350 Dually flat bed. I would like to put the Dana 70 on my '75 F350 Crew build. I haven't done any measurements or anything yet as I just picked it up and brought it to my shop and am waiting to mess with it tonight.
Questions:
Can I put single wheel tires on the dually? Or is the Brake drums bigger? What do I need to do in order to get this axle on my 75' Crew Cab Long bed frame with single wheels. Thanks!
ALL 1963/78 F350's, 1979 F350 2WD's came with the Dana 70.
But there were no DRW F350 pickups (Stylesides only) until 1980. All 1953/79 F350's with DRW's were only sold as a Cab & Chassis, or with factory installed flat & stake beds.
