C8000 headliner
I am looking for any ideas anyone may have on how to replace/ make a new headliner for a 1977 Ford C8000. Mine has the thick cardboard style headliner, but it has gotten wet too many times to be salvaged. I'm doing a frame up restoration on the truck so whatever I do needs to look good. Any ideas would be appreciated.

D3KZ-6051945-A .. Left Headliner Panel-Gray / Obsolete
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
Since the headliner is cardboard, any upholstery shop should be able to make it.
