Lightbulb engine swaps

I own a 1988 ford bronco with a 302 - Is it possible to swap a 351 in it's place without making major mods?
I want to run a carb instead of EFI - Is this possible?

Thanks TG

Anything is possible, but converting away from EFI is a waste of time & money. It's a MUCH better system, and easier to maintain. If you check the wiring diagrams in the back of the Haynes manual, you can see how few differences there are in the 5.0L & 5.8L wiring, so it shouldn't be very difficult to drop in an EFI 5.8L from an '87-91 truck. Only a little more work and you could use a '92-95 non-MAF.

my case is a little different, but i have an 87'5.0 (302) and im building a aluminum head 351W to go in it , and it gona be EFI mas air, when all done and every thing dialed in i'm expecting over 400 HP at the flywheel. DW

i have an 89 302 right now, but thats out of the truck and a 460 is goin in. its going to be carbed for now, but i have another 460 i'm going to build up and put the holly fuel injection system on. the only reason for going carbed is the money i'll save for now
