Fuel problem
1995 F150 4.9 Gas dual tank. Hello I am 16 and I am having a problem, my truck won't start. The truck only starts on starting fluid. The front fuel pump hasn't worked for a long time and I have just used rear tank. The engine won't start now and isn't getting gas. I replaced the rear pump today and fuel filter. Hoping to fix the problem. I tested the old pump and it was still good. So now I have an extra pump. I can hear the relay but can't hear the fuel pump. I checked all fuses and relays. It must be a wiring issues right? Any common places to check? Any help it really appreciated.

Highly suggest you use a test light to troubleshoot the circuit if the interia switch checks out okay. Be aware power is only applied for 1-2 seconds when cycling the key switch from Off to Run. To keep the fuel pump relay energized jumper pins 2 & 6 on the diagnostic port located near the driver side hood hinge.
