E81 = red upholstery. A = 3 speed manual transmission on the column. 12 = 3.89 gears in a Ford 9 inch non-limited slip axle. 5000 = GVW rating. 135 @ 3800 = NET horsepower rating and rpms where achieved. 63 = Memphis, TN District Sales Office from which the truck was originally ordered.
