Guess ND and the regular code breakers are taking a couple of days off. This should be pretty close. F10 = F100 2 wheel drive truck. C = 292 cubic inch 2 bbl Y-block V8 engine. L = Wayne Michigan Truck assembly plant. 521167 = assembled in March, 1964. 114 = wheelbase in inches. M = Wimbledon White exterior color. F100 = 5000 lb Gross Vehicle Weight rated ½ ton truck. E81 = red upholstery. A = 3 speed manual transmission on the column. 12 = 3.89 gears in a Ford 9 inch non-limited slip axle. 5000 = GVW rating. 135 @ 3800 = NET horsepower rating and rpms where achieved. 63 = Memphis, TN District Sales Office from which the truck was originally ordered. Truck was not a special order vehicle. Hope this helps.
