I have a 1990 Ford F-150 XLT 2x4 Stock EFI V-8 302 eng. Short Bed with 59,000 miles on the truck and a rebuilt eng. that I don't know the mileage is on. I am woundering how much horse power it has and is it normal for the trans. to slam down into passing gear on high way speeds?

Thanks for answering my questions. I have another one that has to do with putting a one of throughs new turbo intakes that cost around $200 on but my intake has two hoses coming from the air filter box. I don't think that with the intake that I have I can put a turbo intake on. Is it posable or do you know another kind of turbo intake out there that would fit my intake?
