Sliding rear window seals - 95 Regular Cab

Can anyone give me part numbers and a good brand for seals for the rear sliding window on a 95 F150 regular cab? Not looking for the seal between cab and window. I need the seals between the glass sections. I have looked but can't find anything that I'm sure will fit. Thanks.

Any suggestions? I'm going to have to take the wife's spot in the garage till I get this fixed. She will not be happy.

OK, figured it out. The entire assembly is 422B30, about $300. Several other individual parts; 42052 for use on stationary glass $58.62, 42052(same#) for use on movable glass $58.28. I believe these are the two primary parts I need. There are a few other less expensive parts I may need as well. Now considering putting in a solid glass.

The slider actually has a drain for the slide channel, that drains water down the outside back wall of the cab. If that gets clogged with crud, the water can end up between the walls of the cab, or inside the cab. We ended up taking the "nuclear option" with both our '95s, swapped to the solid window. It takes a different outer gasket; Dennis Carpenter sells an OEM-quality version of it. Solid glass is actually the same going all the way back to '73, so they're much easier to find in the graveyard market, and cheaper.

Thanks. I will check them out. Is it difficult to put in?

If your unable to repair your sliding rear window and decide to go with a solid rear window, I have one that you can have for free. I'm located in central Texas, so I'm not sure if that helps or not. Another option is a new CR Laurence sliding window. We've had 4 of them over the years in these trucks with no problems. These use a solid window seal.

Thanks Texas Guy. I may take you up on that. What part of central Texas?

Just checked out the CR Laurence sliding window for $150 at DK Hardware.com. Any experience with these guys? The price seems reasonable.

Where did you buy your CR Laurence windows from?

The first 2 came from local truck accessory shops, but that was many years ago. The last 2 came from EBay, since they were the best deals I could find.

^^^^ Yeah, IIRC, the CR Laurence window uses the same outer mount/seal as the stock solid window, whereas the outer mount for the stock slider is multiple pieces as shown (no wonder it leaks).

R&I isn't bad. Two-person job. The old window literally pushes out; once you get some of the gasket started pushing outward, just make sure the "catcher" in the bed is ready to grab it as it comes out. Install, you use a nylon clothesline cord or the like in the gasket, and use that to feed it around the lip of the opening in the cab. Again, helps with two people, one in the bed and one in the cab.
