After 43 consecutive days of asking for an update.....Melissa from chat sent my information to a Ford Manager. I'm sure nothing will happen, but if it does I'll keep y'all posted! Ordered 6/28--Built 8/31. 350 White Gold Platinum Ultimate.
Man! Smitherz thats got to be tough, so sorry to hear you're having that problem. We'll all think some positive thoughts and maybe the Ford manager will help out.

Well after 5 days I finally received an email this afternoon, mind you, 11 minutes before the deadline the regional manager promised me. It reads: Your truck is in production at the Kentucky Plant, no further updates at this time. Needless to say I flipped in my response and have not heard back. Chat has told me that for the past 48 days! They scheduled to check back in with me 10/31/16 between 9 and 4 EST. I put my pants on 1 leg at a time, but this is just embarrassing! I don't owe anyone anything, I want to stay loyal, but what for...??? My wife needs a new ride too, mind you I'm 36 and these would be the 14th and 15th new purchases from the same local dealer (my godfather). 10-SC trucks, 1-escape, 1-fusion, 1-explorer. #clustertruck #sickofit!
Rob's was ordered in April and still isn't in. The random wait times make no sense.
Rob's delay is different though. They haven't even built his. Something definitely strange if this truck was built on 8/31 and no one has an update since. ETIS will show a built date but OASIS will also show a released date. Has anyone looked at that? Would need the VIN
Mine also too guys. Remember...my dad and I both ordered on 4/20 from the same computer right after one another here in Texas. His is actually at the dealer as of yesterday...mine hopefully will be there by the weekend or early next week. It has a 10/26 ETA....but his came in early so maybe mine will. It will be 6 months to the day on the 20th. Both 250 Platinums...his Ruby Red..mine Silver. His seemed to be a week ahead of mine the during the whole process. We probably would have bailed if we needed these as work trucks...but they are only boat/camper/golf cart and kid haulers. That's why we just waited it out if anyone was wondering. We didn't necessarily need the trucks ASAP. BUT....sure was frustrating to see both of our trucks get passed up by all those Aug/Sept orders. I'll post some pics when we both get them. What a wild ride it has been.
I see the frustration of you guys that ordered in April, but also remember that no retail orders whatsoever were picked up until the middle of August, and that's what? A month or so into production? The stinky part of it all is those retail orders from April-July should have went first then us August order guys after, but it seems they got lost in the shuffle. Obviously that September order halt for a week sorted a lot of it out, but there are some that are still lost. Sure hope you guys get resolution soon!
Ford chat needs to get there act together, ordered last week of may, aug 25 was first date, then sept 16, then sept 26, then oct 15, then told that oct 18 should def be at the dealer, talked to chat yesterday and they said it was awaiting shipment! it has been in transit for 3 weeks! who knows!
