blinker light

my problem here is..when the headlights are off the passenger side front blinker works fine..when i turn the head lights on..the blinker won't work at all..i know its a wiring problem..but is there anyway to bypass it for it to work???help

To bypass means to remove it from the circuit. If you remove it from the circuit it cant work.

You probably have a ground problem. Take all the small bulbs out and clean the sockets well, and inspect the ground wires for corrosion or broken wiring. Clean everything up good, remove rust and make sure all the grounds are clean and tight. Use a good electrical contact cleaner on connectors. Pay special attention to wiring around the battery. Acid can leach down and cause all kinds of wiring problems after eating away at the insulation and grounding lugs.

I second the ground theory. I have had it happen several times to me. Most of the time the outside brass part of the bulb is not making good contact in the socket.

thanks for the input guys..i was checking the front ground to the blinker..it was the ground to the back blinker that was bad..thanks a million
