Speedometer cable.

Speedometer cable.
So I purchased the lokar cut to fit speedometer cable but it seems like the end won't fit into the hole of the transmission where the previous cable was. Anyone have experience with this?

Forgot to mention I have a 4speed 4x4. It's literally the last tbing I need to do before my gauges are all done and my wife will stop complaining.
