Well my Dad made the first tow in my truck picking up our new trailer while I'm working overseas.

 

Sweet! Bet you can't wait to get back.

 

19 days, 17 hours, 27 min and 44 seconds but who's counting

 

11 Day, 10hrs, 22 min's and 19 seconds til i get on a plane to come home. Then 27hrs til I get to see my lovely wife and the new F-350!!! We are in the same boat, ugh i mean airplane?!?!

 

I drove my F-350 this morning to pull the mobile grill for the Denver University Grilling Society. DUGS made about 30 racks of ribs. This was at the tailgate party before today’s lacrosse game against Duke. DU is rated #1 in the nation in lacrosse and hockey. The F-350 was of overkill. I like overkill. I left the F-350 parked right there for about an hour. Toyota is a sponsor and apparently, they didn’t like having a Ford parked there so I had to move it. The college kids that run DUGS - my son is one of them - did an outstanding job on the ribs. Fall off the bone tender and tasty too! They also grilled Asparagus.

Nothing like being around a bunch of inebriated college kids. There was an F-150 that a bunch of them were sitting in the bed and on the cab. It had to be sitting on the axle there were that many kids in it. Bouncing the bed up and down to the (nasty) music made me glad that they weren't in the back of my truck. I felt sorry for that F-150.

cfaas416...yep.... It was 89 Friday. People were mowing their yards.....on February 19th....crazy. We had no Winter this year.

I've been to Canyon, but not with this boat. LBJ, McQueeny, Travis last summer.

 

 

One thing I've noticed from this thread is there isn't any mud ANYWHERE.....but I understand why. They are almost too damn nice to get dirty....that's where we've gotten to with trucks theses days.

(Disclaimer I too do not have a picture with even the slightest hint of mud to be found)

 

All the mud is frozen solid where I live and wont thaw out for at lease another month. What I can get for you this time of year is a bunch of pics of calcium chloride soup splashed all up & down my truck. Mmmm. . .

 

Haha, that is so funny. Toyota didn't want their sucky trucks outclassed by the awesome new Super Duty. Looks like you guys had fun.

 

I've got that same boatmate trailer under my fishing boat. Nice trailers.

 

Well, in NH this past Saturday it hit 54F at high elevation at 10:00PM. This Thursday it may hit 60F. That is unheard of. We just completed a couple of weeks of decent dumping of snow and had about 18" on the ground...now it is leaving fast. Crazy weather.

My truck isn't muddy, but it is completely plastered with salt residue and sand.
