I have a 1999 ford f250 superduty extended cab and am trying to find possible subwoofer locations (not wanting to lose floor space) but I can't find any pre-made boxes. Does anybody have any pictures I can use as reference. Really wanting to install subwoofers. What can I do?

What do you mean by losing floor space?
I have two 10's in my truck that tuck under the rear seats. (Also an ext. Cab)
Rear seats are still usable, but they sit flush with the seat edge so you lose that floor space. I know some companies also build boxes that go under passenger/driver seat, but your not going to fit a very big sub and i dont know how tight they are for when you move your seat front/aft.
My recommendation is browse through Amazon or crutchfield if you want some custom fit stuff.
That being said, i got mine off the good ole craigslist.

Would you mind showing me a picture of yours for reference? My plan was to build a box for under my rear seat but I can't find anything on amazon and the ones on crutchfield had no pictures last time I looked but I'll look again.
99 has a 1 piece seat bottom, that folds forward, and a 1 piece back that then does the same .
Does not the 2000 have a split seat bottom and back like the 150 ?
There isn't enough room for anything behind the rear seats. Trying to keep the truck as original as I can on the inside so I don't really what to change the center console. I'm guessing the only other option is to build a box for under the rear seats. I'm thinking about building a downfire box with 4 8's. Does anybody have a similar setup?
You say change the console, does that mean you have the jump seat/console? I don't know if anybody actually makes one commercially, but you can stuff a sub in the base with some fab work.
